Program Director oversees virtual mentoring pilot launch, managing corporate partnerships, mentor recruitment/training, and program metrics to connect students with mentors.

Senior Posted about 9 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

iMentor is a national nonprofit organization that believes every student has potential, and we work to ensure each student can reach it fully through our lens of Mentorship. For 26 years iMentor has served over 45,000 students in our direct service communities of New York, Chicago, and Baltimore. Now, with our customary intrepid and creative approach, and in response to years of requests, we seek to establish a virtual community of mentors outside our three flagship cities, and we seek a Program Director of Virtual Mentoring (PDVM) to help conceive of, build, and kick off our 26⁄27 Pilot Year.

The Program Director will serve as iMentor’s internal owner of this virtual mentoring pilot, coordinating the external partnership, corporate partner activation, mentor experience, program learning, and future growth strategy. We have important objectives with this pilot: (1) to connect more students with caring adults who can help them build the knowledge, confidence, and support networks needed to successfully navigate postsecondary education and career pathways, and (2) to activate enough corporate partners and mentors to meet participation goals, delivering a strong mentor experience, establishing effective processes with the external partner, and producing a data-informed recommendation for future scale. Reporting to iMentor’s Senior Vice President of Impact Programming, this is a role for an entrepreneurial spirit who gets fired up at the junction of innovation, data analysis, strategic outreach and recruitment, and cross functional partnership.

Corporate Partner Activation & Mentor Experience

  • Lead activation of virtual mentoring partnerships following handoff from External Relations, translating partner commitments into successful implementation
  • Partner with corporate contacts to drive employee participation and deliver a best-in-class mentor experience from onboarding and training through ongoing engagement and support
  • Track participation, engagement, and experience, partnering with External Relations to support strong stewardship, renewal, and growth
  • Apprise corporate partners of their involvement’s progress; foster continued and ideally deeper partner involvement over years
  • Collaborate with iMentor’s Strategic Communications department to create written and online materials that will inspire corporate partnerships & increase mentor recruitment

Volunteer Engagement & Training

  • Assist in creating and executing Mentor Training for new mentors prior to their being matched with a student, and then ensuring they have ongoing support and answered questions throughout their pair engagement

Partnership Management

  • Act as primary point of contact with our Technology Partner, itself a leader in the mentorship space, UStrive, whose main responsibilities will include recruiting the students for the pilot, supplying the technology platform that mentors and mentees will use to communicate with each other, and implementing the program and associated pair support
  • Build a deep understanding of the UStrive program model, and their approach to virtual mentoring
  • Report back to all involved parties regularly in order to determine what program components need to be tweaked and celebrated

Program Learning & Future Planning

  • Track and monitor critical program assessment using quantitative and qualitative data from students, mentors, corporate partners, and our external program partner to identify what is working, diagnose challenges, recommend changes during the pilot, and ultimately develop recommendations and roadmap for scale
  • Partner with the Organizational Learning & Impact (OLI) team to define and monitor measures of pilot success, including mentor recruitment and engagement, quality of mentor-mentee relationships, participant experience, program implementation, and indicators of student impact
  • Assess what the pilot is teaching iMentor about the conditions required for high-quality virtual mentoring and develop recommendations for the program’s future design, scale, and impact
  • Balance growth and implementation goals with program quality and participant outcomes, using data and feedback to understand not only whether a program is reaching people, but whether it is delivering meaningful value

Qualifications

  • Success building or launching a new program, initiative, product, or service, ideally from concept through implementation
  • Proficiency managing corporate partnerships, employee engagement, volunteer recruitment, business development, or another external-facing function; traditional fundraising experience is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with volunteer recruitment, customer/user acquisition, partnership development, or another form of audience growth where success required persuading people to participate
  • Strong project/program management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders and move complex work from strategy to execution
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to assess performance, identify problems, test improvements, and make recommendations
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building systems and processes where they do not yet exist
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to inspire external partners and translate strategy into clear action.
  • Experience with a tech-enabled program and/or working with a technology partner, understanding user experience, and interpreting data
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Our organization works in partnership with district public schools across the country. In doing so we must meet all compliance requirements of those districts including background checks.
  • iMentor is committed to ensuring healthy and safe environments for our staff, mentors, and the students we serve. In order to fully comply with the NYC Vaccine mandate, all iMentor employees (regardless of role or region) are required to be fully vaccinated prior to their start date

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary $86,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience
  • Up to 100% employer-funded comprehensive medical and dental coverage
  • 18 days paid annual vacation (increasing annually to 21, 23, 25), 13 paid holidays + your birthday + one floating holiday, iMentor closed between Christmas and New Year’s Day, plus 6-7 sick days annually
  • 401K match up to 4%
  • Fully remote working arrangement; iMentor will provide a laptop and other standard technology needed for the role. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, partner engagement, organizational events, or other program-related needs.

  • Dependent care and health care flexible spending plans
  • Every staff member is eligible for organization-sponsored professional development annually
  • 1 hour of wellness time off per week for wellness activities of your choosing
  • 9 weeks of paid parental leave

Sr. Analyst manages cross-functional technology and data projects, oversees initiatives, and supports organizational AI implementation while ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 9 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Organizational Summary

Contraceptive care is basic healthcare. Yet too many patients in the U.S. struggle to access the care they need, when they need it. Founded in 2014, Upstream USA is a national, nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that equitable, patient-centered contraceptive care is available to everyone.

Our Mission and Impact

Upstream works to ensure individuals can make fully informed, autonomous decisions about the contraceptive methods that are best for them. We are currently the largest contraceptive organization in the country improving contraceptive care in primary care settings, operating in 37 states and Washington, D.C.

While our foundational work focuses on partnering with healthcare organizations offering primary care, such as federally qualified healthcare centers (FQHC) and health systems, we are always evolving. We are actively pursuing additional, innovative paths to ensure every patient has streamlined access to the contraceptive service of their choice, where and when it is most convenient for them.

A Different Kind of Nonprofit

Supported entirely by venture philanthropy, Upstream operates with a culture of aggressive growth and a laser focus on measurable outcomes. To maintain our independence and nonpartisan stance, we do not accept funding from the government or pharmaceutical companies.

  • Our 2030 Goal: We are on a mission to partner with organizations that collectively reach 5 million patients of reproductive age.
  • Recognition: We are a 2023 Audacious Project recipient, with our work featured in publications like Harvard Public Health, Bloomberg, and MedPage Today.

We welcome individuals who are driven by impact and scale to join us in making equitable contraceptive access a reality for all.

Position Summary

Upstream’s Data, Analytics and Technology (DAT) team works cross-functionally to ensure software, hardware, and data function optimally while leading improvement projects that shape the business and promote organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and data-driven decision making. The team also supports Upstream’s growing, organization-wide use of AI.

This role exists to expand the team’s capacity to deliver. Reporting to the Manager of Data, Analytics, Technology & Security, the Sr. Analyst, Technology & Project Management partners closely with the DAT leadership team and colleagues across Upstream to own and move forward the work that keeps initiatives shipping: project management, data analysis and reporting, and the hands-on execution in between the planning and the doing, and adds a versatile, technically capable partner who can both plan the work and do it.

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, highly organized, and exceptional communicator who is as comfortable running a stakeholder meeting as building a report or completing a project. They are curious, detail-oriented, and energized by turning ambiguous needs into finished work in a fast-moving, lean environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Technical Project Management (60%)

  • Own end-to-end project management, from intake through delivery, for DAT initiatives on the team’s roadmap, including data migrations, IT operations improvements, and the central data-layer buildout.
  • Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders using agile/Kanban methods; align people on outcomes, owners, and deadlines, and keep work visible and moving, anticipating blockers and keeping initiatives and the team on track.
  • Cultivate cross-departmental relationships and drive projects to completion, bringing a technical skill set that lets you both coordinate the work and contribute to it directly, including by not limited to supporting Upstream’s evolving central data warehouse / data-layer strategy.
  • Serve as a resource for turning data into decisions across teams.

Automation, Tooling & Process Improvement (25%)

  • Build and improve MVP (Minimum Viable Product) workflow automations and solutions that remove manual work across teams, then iterate based on real use and feedback.
  • Translate staff pain points and ideas into documented, repeatable, right-sized workflows. Train others so improvements stick and scale.
  • Drive initiatives to completion, often coordinating and contributing directly to the work.

Systems, AI Adoption & Operations Support (15%)

  • Support software and hardware administration and asset lifecycle management (SaaS apps, laptops, office tech) and coordination with third-party technology vendors.
  • Support Upstream’s AI adoption efforts with hands-on help on pilots, education and training, documentation, and change management.
  • Support selection, implementation, and administration across Upstream’s SaaS application stack (Google Workspace, Snowflake, Power BI, Vena, ADP, Greenhouse, and others)
  • Help improve and, where possible, automate helpdesk and support functions; monitor and elevate recurring issues, propose, and help implement process enhancements.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Upstream fosters a mission-oriented workplace and welcomes applicants of all backgrounds. The ideal candidate upholds our mission of accessible, patient-centered contraceptive care, builds trust through empathy and honesty, and contributes to a collaborative culture. They bring enthusiasm to their work, creating opportunities for connection and celebration.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including clear writing and confident facilitation. Able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and build trust with colleagues, vendors, and leadership.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience across some combination of project management, data analysis/reporting, and technology/operations.
  • Demonstrated project management experience. Able to run multiple projects and incoming requests simultaneously, ideally using agile/Kanban methods and a work-management or ticketing system (Asana, Autotask, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience doing data analysis and reporting, building dashboards and reports (Power BI, Google Sheets/Excel) and preparing and transforming data (“ETL-type” work).
  • Demonstrates a strong bias toward action and ownership. Comfortable both developing strategy and executing it—delivering an initial solution quickly, then iterating and improving over time.
  • Proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and to solve ambiguous problems with high attention to detail.
  • Comfort with using AI tools and a willingness to experiment and innovate with them to help Upstream accelerate towards achieving our mission.
  • AI Fluency & Tool Integration: Ability to identify and leverage generative AI tools (such as LLMs, image generators, or industry-specific copilots) to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance overall output quality while maintaining the proper human checkpoints.
  • AI Prompt Engineering & Critical Output Evaluation: Proficiency in crafting effective prompts to achieve desired outcomes and the critical thinking skills necessary to audit, fact-check, and refine AI-generated content for accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Ethical AI Awareness: A foundational understanding of the ethical implications of AI, including data privacy, bias recognition, and the responsible use of company information in third-party AI environments.
  • Demonstrates the ability to remain focused, adaptable, and solution-oriented in the face of challenges, setbacks, or ambiguity. Approaches obstacles with a growth mindset and maintains a steady commitment to goals, even under pressure or changing circumstances; resilient.
  • While we are a remotely based organization, we maintain an on-camera culture during meetings to support connection, engagement, teaming and collaboration. Must be comfortable and able to participate in this environment

Valued and Non-Essential Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Ability (Not required to apply)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
  • Scripting (Python, Google Apps Script), SQL, or APIs.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data-warehouse tooling (e.g., Snowflake, Fivetran) and data validation techniques.
  • Familiarity or experience with Salesforce
  • Experience building workflow automations, AI agents, and other AI-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration and best practices.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (Gemini, Claude, Cortex, etc.).
  • Experience in a healthcare, nonprofit, or other mission-driven setting.
  • Awareness of information security and/or HIPAA concepts.

Project Management Enterprise Portfolio Manager at Craftsman Technology Group

Leads a portfolio of strategic client relationships, creates multi-year technology roadmaps, and coordinates cross-functional delivery workstreams to achieve client objectives.

Senior Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Craftsman Technology Group is an employee-owned firm that supports mission-driven organizations. Our work spans community and economic development, community health, arts and historical institutions, and organizations fostering inclusive communities. We believe technology can be an effective vehicle for change.

  • Our mission: to help nonprofit organizations grow and thrive.
  • Our values: be transparent and honest; be fair and accountable; be independent and objective; and be good to our staff, our communities, and the world.

We are seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Manager (EPM), a client-facing, senior-level position, who will bring these same values and passion to help mission-driven organizations. This is a full-time, salaried role reporting to a Practice Director. Note: this is not a sales position, does not carry a revenue goal nor does it have a commission associated with it.

Job Summary:

As an Enterprise Portfolio Manager (EPM), you will lead a portfolio of strategic clients. In partnership with practice leadership, you will create strategic plans to define near and long-term goals for organizations. You are a capable leader, active listener, and are comfortable facilitating conversations with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. You are able to make clear, actionable recommendations on priorities and approach.

As EPM, you are responsible for organizing work and resources across Craftsman’s suite of technical services, including technology assessments, on-ongoing support, incremental deployments, and transformative projects, to deliver efficiently on the client’s strategic objectives. You own the strategic roadmap and direct execution across every workstream serving that client. You will have a deep understanding of a client’s goals and evaluate and balance work across multiple workstreams to ensure resources are well utilized and timelines are met.

While client success roles focus on day-to-day relationship health and support, the EPM operates a level up, overseeing day-to-day delivery across your portfolio, and translating what you see into the bigger picture. As EPM, you own multi-year strategy, cross-workstream sequencing, and portfolio-level outcomes, partnering closely with practice leadership on budget performance and resourcing decisions across your portfolio. This role does not involve direct people-management responsibility, though an EPM is considered Senior Staff. As such, an EPM is responsible for coaching and ensuring a productive work culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of clients with complex technology needs and multiple workstreams, spanning multiple systems, platforms and vendor relationships
  • Guide clients in creating strategies to account for near-, medium- and long-term priorities at their organization
  • Review, prioritize, and balance work across workstreams to meet client’s short and long term strategic priorities
  • Identify and cultivate portfolio-level growth opportunities across service lines, and support business development in realizing income
  • Manage budget and contribute to overall firm profitability
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for the portfolio, diagnosing root causes and directing corrective action across teams
  • Develop enterprise-client best practices and mentor the team of professionals
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Craftsman’s Service Delivery Methodology
  • Responsibilities, expectations, and priorities may evolve over time to reflect the changing needs of the firm and our clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects or programs for clients with dynamic, evolving needs, including multiple concurrent workstreams, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines
  • Deep knowledge of the nonprofit or public sector’s technology needs and solutions landscape
  • Expert-level relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust with and proactively advise C-suite and Executive Director-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead internal and client-facing conversations with equal confidence
  • Skilled at identifying and resolving team dynamics issues internally, cross-functionally, and with clients, to keep delivery on track
  • 7-10 years’ experience either in a client-facing consulting role or as a nonprofit professional, with a track record of progressive growth into senior leadership or strategic responsibility
  • Comfortable incorporating AI tools (such as Claude) into day-to-day business work
  • Claude Certified Associate – Foundations certification, held at hire or completed within 60 days
  • Flexibility to travel on occasion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated technical depth in at least one relevant CRM (e.g. Salesforce) or other enterprise-grade nonprofit technology platform
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Salary Hiring Range:

  • $100,000 - $145,000

Job Location:

  • Boston, MA (hybrid) or virtual (contiguous US)

Benefits:

  • Company-supported medical, dental, vision
  • Company-provided short- and long-term disability
  • 401k & Roth IRA retirement options with a company match (available 90 days after hire date)
  • Employee ownership (following 1,000 hours of service after hire date, approx. 6 months)
  • 4 weeks accrued paid-time-off (PTO) per year
  • 10 paid company holidays and 2 paid floating holidays (individual’s choice) per year
  • CTG’s commitment to professional development and advancement
  • Work culture aiming toward work/life balance

Lead Producer manages milestone delivery, cross-functional alignment, and day-to-day execution across AAA game titles while advocating for player-first quality and managing risks.

What this role involves

Skydance Games, a division of Paramount, a Skydance Corporation, is building the future of franchise-driven interactive entertainment. As part of a global storytelling company defined by iconic worlds and multigenerational fandom, we see gaming not as an extension of our brands, but as one of the most powerful ways their stories come to life and evolve alongside the audiences who love them.

Through creativity, collaboration, and trust, we empower our teams to push boundaries and turn bold ideas into experiences that resonate with fans around the world.

Do you want to craft games that challenge expectations and inspire players? Come build something extraordinary with us.

For more information on how we process your personal information, please review the Privacy policy located at https://privacy.paramount.com/recruitment-privacy-notice.

---

Paramount Games is hiring an experienced Lead Producer to join our Publishing team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our development studio(s) and internal publishing functions to drive milestone delivery, keep cross-functional work aligned, and manage day-to-day execution across one or more high-profile AAA titles. Reporting to the Executive Producer, you’ll act as a player-first advocate, pushing features and milestones forward on time and to a high bar of quality. You’ll help steer project plans, spot and manage risk before it becomes a problem, and keep every stakeholder, from development to marketing to platform partners, on the same page.

This role suits someone who’s energized by fast-moving, ambitious production environments, and who brings structure and follow-through to complex, multi-team efforts.

Responsibilities

_Game & Industry Fluency_ — Bring real knowledge of how games get made to the table: how features and creative decisions translate into player experience, and where established workflows or delivery approaches could be sharpened.

_Judgment Under Pressure_ — Help plan and deliver milestones by making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. Weigh scope, schedule, and cost tradeoffs, understand what ripples downstream, and escalate risk before it compounds.

_Day-to-Day Production Leadership_ — Run execution for a defined set of features, workstreams, or an entire title. Help balance competing pressures of quality, time, and cost, flag risks and opportunities to leadership, and solve the daily fires that come with shipping a AAA game.

_Cross-Team Relationships_ — Build real working relationships across the studio and publishing organization. Get multiple disciplines rowing in the same direction, and surface misalignment or gaps before they cause delay.

_Clear Communication_ — Write and present updates that land with stakeholders at every level. Build the decks, milestone docs, and reports that drive decisions, not just record them.

_Player Advocacy_ — Keep the player experience in the room during every tradeoff conversation. Work with Research, Community, Data, and Product teams to make sure player impact shapes prioritization and stay tuned in to player sentiment throughout the title’s life.

_Quality Ownership_ — Hold every deliverable, from early milestone builds to final polish, to a high standard. Track quality risk proactively, keep it visible across teams, and help drive resolution of known issues so the game feels solid across every platform it ships on.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in game production, publishing production, product management, or a related discipline with experience over a title’s full lifecycle, including post-launch.
  • Experience with live service titles or ongoing content pipelines.
  • Comfort working across distributed teams and time zones.
  • A track record partnering with both developers and internal publishing groups (Marketing, BD, QA, Research, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • A steady hand with ambiguity, and sharp instincts for spotting risk early and triaging it fast.
  • Strong writing and meeting-leadership skills, with the ability to build alignment through documentation, not just conversation.
  • A demonstrated ability to earn trust across a wide range of partners through clear communication and a genuine player-first lens.
  • Real passion for games, with the ability to articulate what “great” looks like for a given genre.
  • Experience managing feature-level budgets or financial workflows is a plus.

Bonus points

If you have both development and publishing side production experience

The annual salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $140,000 – $180,000. The salary offered may vary based on the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors.

We realize that skills and expertise can come from many different experiences and paths, and we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements as written in the job description.

Project Management Associate Director, Technical Product & Program Manager at United States Department of Defense

Manages day-to-day sprint execution and workflow for an AI-enablement engineering program, translating stakeholder requirements into technical sprints and unblocking development queues.

Senior Hybrid Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

WHY DEPTÂź?

We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA.

We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.

At DEPTÂź, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build.

The Role

DEPTÂź is seeking a hybrid Technical Product & Program Manager (TPM) to drive the day-to-day execution of a high-velocity AI-enablement engineering partnership program for a premier global enterprise client. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy and agile delivery, bridging the gap between localized business stakeholders and a dedicated team of embedded engineers.

You will act as the shared strategic lead across two distinct enterprise business units, directly managing the project workflow for a pod of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE). Partnering closely with the overarching Group Director, Program Management and the Senior Engineering Lead, you will translate raw marketer ideation and low-code prototypes into strict technical sprints, unblock development queues, and actively manage the day-to-day workflow within the client’s proprietary task and issue-tracking ecosystems.

What you’ll do

Product translation & requirements gathering

  • Translate the vision: Partner directly with marketing and business stakeholders to evaluate their custom AI concepts and “vibe-coded” prototypes. Translate these functional mockups into rigorous, actionable technical requirements and user stories for your engineering pod.
  • Help define the MVP: Act as the product owner for your specific business units, helping stakeholders prioritize features, define and document business logic, and help determine what is required for a rapid prototype versus a full production build.

Agile execution & workflow management

  • Run your program engine: Own the day-to-day sprint management and task execution for your dedicated pod of embedded engineers.
  • Master the internal ecosystem: Actively manage and maintain project momentum within the client’s complex, proprietary enterprise task-flow and bug-tracking systems. You will ensure every ticket is properly routed, dependencies are logged, and code-review queues are unblocked.
  • Clear the path: Proactively identify and help resolve technical dependencies - such as complex infrastructure permissions, environment setups, and data access approvals - before they slow down engineering velocity.

Cross-pollination & delivery

  • Bridge the business units: Serve as a shared resource across two distinct enterprise verticals. You will build deep subject matter expertise in both areas and proactively cross-pollinate technical learnings, ensuring that a breakthrough in one unit is leveraged by the other.
  • Ensure SLA compliance: Track and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) for different technical tracks, ensuring your engineering pod delivers rapid prototypes and safe testing environments on time and on budget.
  • Maintain architectural alignment: Work closely with the central technical governance team to ensure all localized builds meet strict enterprise architecture, data privacy, and security standards.

What you’ll bring

  • Hybrid expertise: 5+ years of experience acting as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Agile Scrum Master - ideally blending the strategic “why” of product management with the executional “how” of program delivery.
  • System navigation: Deep experience operating within complex, proprietary enterprise ticketing, task, and bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or proprietary big-tech internal equivalents).
  • Technical fluency: A strong understanding of modern web application architecture, API integrations, cloud environments, and emerging AI/LLM capabilities. You do not need to write code, but you must be able to hold your own in deep technical architectural discussions with senior engineers.
  • Cross-functional agility: Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple distinct business units simultaneously, seamlessly context-switching between different stakeholder needs.
  • Unblocker and helper mentality: A relentless, proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks - whether they are bureaucratic approval queues or technical dependencies - and actively clearing the path for your developers.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

We are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it. Here is a snapshot of our  benefits package:

  • Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage

Project Management Senior Program Manager, AI Enablement at Chime

Owns end-to-end AI enablement programs, designing workflows, metrics, and adoption strategies to help employees use AI tools effectively across the organization.

Senior Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Role

The Applied AI team’s job is to make AI a trusted co-pilot for every Chimer — so Chime moves faster and builds better. As Program Manager, AI Enablement, you own the programs that make that happen: the networks, resources, and rhythms that move Chimers from knowing AI tools exist to actually changing how they work.  This is a program ownership role, not a coordination role. You come in with a problem and a scope, and you come back with the shape: narrative, roadmap, milestones, success metrics, operating cadence. The programs you run should be able to survive a week without you.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $138,000.00 and up to $190,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Own cross-functional AI enablement programs end-to-end: design, operating cadence, stakeholder activation, and fluency outcomes
  • Go deep on workflow problems before proposing solutions — spend time understanding what’s actually slowing teams down, then design programs and tools that address the root cause
  • Partner directly with teams to build AI-enabled solutions — not just roll them out, but get hands-on in the design and build alongside the people doing the work
  • Set the health model for your programs from day one — success metrics, milestones, and status that lives on shared surfaces without anyone having to ask
  • Drive adoption of AAI-built tools and resources so Chimers can level up without going through AAI every time
  • Build and maintain self-serve enablement resources (e.g., playbooks, golden paths) that orgs can use independently
  • Lead change management for AI enablement work — training, comms, and activation that shifts behavior, not just awareness
  • Build documentation and governance into programs from the start, so nothing depend on you being in the room
  • Measure whether Chimers are actually working differently (fluency progression, adoption signals, and productivity tied to company goals) and report that to leadership
  • Foster collaboration between Product, Engineering, BizOps, and People teams to operationalize the future of work at Chime.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Experience taking ambiguous problems and building a program around them; narrative, roadmap, milestones, and operating cadence without waiting for structure to be provided
  • History of driving behavior change, not just program completion, and the judgment to know the difference between a launch and a result
  • Hands-on experience building or automating workflows using AI tools — able to walk through something personally built, what broke, and what changed as a result.
  • Experience owning large, distributed programs without direct authority over participants, and keeping them activated and accountable
  • Communication habits that keep stakeholders informed without them having to ask — status on shared surfaces, not surfaced reactively
  • Experience defining program health models upfront: success metrics, milestones, and measurement built in before launch, not retroactively
  • Comfort spending time in a problem before designing a solution
  • Familiarity with common productivity or workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion, etc)
  • Preferred qualifications
    • Experience running ambassador, champion, or CoE programs; groups where you had no direct authority over participants but were accountable for their activation and outcomes
    • Background in enablement, L&D, or change management in a technology environment
    • Experience in an internal AI or enterprise AI adoption role
    • Hands-on experience with AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, Glean, Claude, Cursor, Gemini)
    • Background in product operations, business operations, or technical program management.
    • Working knowledge of AI governance or Responsible AI principles.

Sutherland

Unlocking digital performance. Delivering measurable results

Job Description

About the Role

Connect is one of the premier and fastest selling products at Sutherland, providing a full omni-channel, Contact Center as a Service solution for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Delivery Manager to join our growing team and drive the delivery of Connect products and services through the full development lifecycle.

The Product Owner sets product vision and roadmap direction. From that point the product is yours through delivery: shaping requirements into a solution that can actually be built, making the trade-off calls that decide what ships and what defers, driving the build, running QA and UAT, and getting the product released and ready to deploy. Client deployments are run by the project management organization, and you support them as the product authority. At times this team carries the deployment directly. This is not a coordination role. You are expected to apply product judgment on scope, design, and release readiness, and to carry the professional standing that earns you the respect of engineering, operations, and clients.

Real contact center expertise is essential. You will make product and delivery decisions daily on omni-channel routing, telephony, agent desktop, recording, reporting, and integration behavior. You need to know how a contact center runs well enough to recognize when a design will not hold up against real routing, peak volume, or a failover, and to make that case to engineering. Candidates must have delivered products or capabilities on a contact center platform.

You will join a team of Product Delivery Managers reporting to the Head of Product Delivery. Delivery work is shared across the team, so you will coordinate with your peers on dependencies, shared components, release trains, and release order, and help shape the standards the team works to. The role has no direct reports and depends on working effectively across architecture, engineering, QA, project management, implementation, and operations. This is a remote position based in the United States. The team works US business hours, primarily Eastern Time and extending to Pacific Time, and that must be your normal business day. This role cannot be worked as an offset shift from another region.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Intake & Delivery Planning

  • Take product direction and priorities from the Head of Product Delivery and shape them into a delivery plan, including where the approach has to change to hold up in a live contact center.
  • Review requirements for clarity, completeness, testability, and feasibility. Take gaps, conflicts, and ambiguities back to the Head of Product Delivery and resolve them before work starts.
  • Break requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that development and QA can work from.
  • Size and phase the work with engineering, set milestones and release targets, and identify dependencies, assumptions, and risks up front.
  • Coordinate with peer Product Delivery Managers on cross-product dependencies, shared components, and release order.
  • Separate client-specific configuration from core product capability, and flag anything that would change product direction for the Head of Product Delivery.
  • Escalate scope, capacity, or timeline conflicts to the Head of Product Delivery with options and a recommendation.

Design & Build

  • Own execution for your assigned products and features: scope, schedule, quality, and dependencies.
  • Work with solution architects and engineering leads to turn approved requirements into functional and technical designs, and test those designs against real routing, agent workflow, telephony, recording, and reporting behavior.
  • Act as product owner for the scrum team: maintain the backlog, clarify requirements, clear roadblocks, and accept completed work against the acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain accurate delivery status and raise risks, issues, and blockers early with a recommended course of action.
  • Make the scope calls inside a release: decide what ships and what defers based on defect risk, client impact, and production readiness.

QA, UAT & Release

  • Set test scope, strategy, and entry and exit criteria with QA, and confirm coverage against the documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Run defect triage and prioritization, push fixes and retests, and track defect trends against the release date.
  • Plan and lead user acceptance testing with internal and client stakeholders and obtain UAT sign-off.
  • Own the product release plan with engineering and operations, including environment readiness, rollback, and go / no go criteria for putting the product into service.
  • Give the Head of Product Delivery a go or no go recommendation supported by test results, open defects, and known risk.
  • Support the project management organization on client deployments as the product authority, and lead the deployment directly when this team carries it.

Release & Deployment Support

  • Produce the release package the deployment teams work from: release notes, configuration and technical documentation, runbooks, and internal readiness sessions.
  • Hand the product to operations, support, and the project management organization with escalation paths, known issues, and supportability documentation.
  • Act as the product escalation point once deployments are in the field: answer design and configuration questions, and own resolution of product defects found during rollout.
  • Stay engaged through hypercare on the product side, working with operations and support until production issues and post-release fixes are closed.
  • Turn production performance, defect trends, and delivery lessons into roadmap direction and bring it back to the Head of Product Delivery, and manage delivery of enhancements, maintenance releases, and version upgrades.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on contact center technology experience across voice, email, chat, SMS, social, web, video, and mobile.
  • 5+ years in product delivery, delivery management, product ownership, or technical project management for software products.
  • Hands-on delivery or configuration experience on at least one major contact center platform: Genesys, NICE, Cisco, Avaya, Five9, Amazon Connect, or Twilio Flex.
  • Working knowledge of how contact center components fit together: ACD and routing, IVR and self-service, CTI and agent desktop, dialer and outbound, call recording, screen recording, quality management, workforce management, and reporting.
  • Experience with contact center integrations: CRM and ticketing, screen pop, APIs and webhooks, SIP and carrier connectivity, and reporting feeds.
  • Experience planning and executing production releases into live 24x7 customer-facing environments, including go-live, rollback, and go / no go decisions.
  • Working knowledge of QA practice: test strategy, defect triage and prioritization, release criteria, and UAT.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery, using Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment contact centers operate in, including PCI-DSS, TCPA, GDPR, HIPAA, and call recording consent.
  • Prior experience reviewing and analyzing contact center solutions, and recommending design improvements and roadmap direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting to leadership and translating between business and technical audiences.
  • Sound judgment under pressure: able to weigh incomplete information and make a defensible call rather than escalate every decision.
  • Strong analytical skills and the discipline to track dependencies, defects, and commitments without losing sight of the release goal.
  • Takes accountability for delivery outcomes and product quality.
  • Effective in a fast-paced hybrid Agile environment with shifting priorities.
  • Builds durable working relationships across engineering, QA, operations, and client teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Delivery experience in a BPO or outsourced contact center environment, with multi-client and multi-site deployments.
  • Experience delivering AI and automation into a contact center: virtual agents, conversational IVR, agent assist, speech and text analytics, or intelligent routing.
  • Experience delivering CCaaS capabilities in a multi-tenant, cloud-native environment.
  • Prior time inside contact center operations, such as a supervisor or workforce role, alongside technology delivery.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSPO, CSM, SAFe, or PMP, or a platform-specific contact center certification.

Project Management Associate Director, Technical Product & Program Manager at United States Department of Defense

Manages day-to-day sprint execution and workflow for an AI-enablement engineering program, translating business requirements into technical specifications for embedded engineer teams.

Project Management Senior Program Manager, AI Enablement at Chime

Owns end-to-end AI enablement programs, defining roadmaps, success metrics, and adoption strategies to help employees use AI tools effectively across the organization.

About Teach For All

Teach For All is a global network of over 60 independents, locally led organizations and a global organization united by a commitment to developing collective leadership to ensure all children can fulfill their potential. Each network partner recruits and develops promising leaders to teach in their nations’ under-resourced schools and communities and, with this foundation, to work with others, inside and outside of education, towards a world where all children have the education, support, and opportunity to shape a better future. Teach For All’s global organization works to increase the network’s impact by supporting the development of new organizations; fostering network connectivity and learning; providing coaching and consulting; and enabling access to global resources for the benefit of the network.
